2009 Business Plan Competition Entry Form

Each team may have up to 6 participants. (Only 50% non-students)

You will receive an email Confirmation of your registration. Three copies of the Confirmation of this registration and three copies of your business plan must still be submitted to the school of business office by the deadline date for acceptance as a Contestant. You must also email a copy of your business plan to cie@byuh.edu by the same deadline date.
